From 20th May 2022 we’ll change how our website works so that instead of ordering directly from us you’ll be able to buy our products from our retailers like Ulta, Sephora, Amazon and more. Any orders placed before then for products that are in stock will be shipped as normal.
Can I still return products I’ve ordered if there’s a problem?
Yes, the standard terms of sale still apply. If you have questions about an order you’ve placed you can contact email@example.com
How can I get the status of an order I placed before 20th May?
If you have questions about an order you’ve placed you can contact firstname.lastname@example.org
Why will you stop selling products directly?
We’re always looking to make your experience better, and we know it’s important that you get the products you want when you want them. With our new approach you’ll be able to see which retailers have our products in stock, and at what price, and order them from whichever you choose.
I had bought an e-giftcard which I’ve not used yet - what happens to that?
You will receive an email about this already. Please check your ‘junk’ or ‘spam’ folders. If you still can’t find the message please contact email@example.com the email address you provided when you bought the e-giftcard.
I placed an order before 20th May but it was cancelled. Why?
If we knew we would not get more stock, we might have had to cancel an order you placed to avoid future disappointment. We apologise for any inconvenience and encourage you to buy the item from another retailer.
What happens to my account on this site?
From May 20th 2022 the site won’t have the ‘My Account’ function any more. If you opted in to hear from us by email you’ll still get these messages, but perhaps a little less frequently than before. As always if you change your mind you can opt out at any time. Most other account information, including stored payment details if you provided these, will be securely erased.
